Rosa Chavez is the Chief Executive Officer of ABET Security Services Inc., a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) proudly based in the City of Industry. With over thirty years of  hands-on experience in the private security industry, Ms. Chavez has built a reputation for excellence in managing daily operations, developing clients-focused strategies, and leading with integrity. Under her guidance, ABET Security has become a trusted name in private security field, known for professionalism, reliability and a strong commitment to public safety. Raul Perez began his career in security and law enforcement by attending the Rio Hondo Police Academy program (832 Powers of Arrest) in 1991. Shortly after, he became CEO of Inter City Protection Inc., gaining extensive leadership and operational experience in the private security field.

Building on that foundation, Mr. Perez founded ABET Security Services, Inc., with a mission to expand into diverse areas of protection. In pursuit of advanced training, he attended the Universal K-9 Academy with the Florida Police Department, training under Master K-9 Trainers Cameron and Kelly Ford.

In 2006, he became a certified K-9 handler and trainer, collaborating with Patton State Prison and various police agencies. In the same year, Mr. Perez founded Parents In Charge, a youth drug-prevention program that provides parents with certified K-9 detection services if they suspect drug involvement.

In 2016, Mr. Perez became the liaison between the Los Angeles Police Department and ABET Security, overseeing staffing for critical city facilities and ensuring compliance with all contract regulations. He managed security operations for Los Angeles City Hall, Emergency Operations Center and worked closely with the LAPD Command, He also assisted in coordinating security efforts with offical police Garages to safeguard impounded vehicles.

Moreover, Mr. Perez also provides executive protection for high dignitaries, showcasing his expertise in safeguarding prominent individuals.

In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Perez is a strong advocate for security guards, ensuring they receive fair treatment, protection from discrimination, and equal opportunities for growth.

Through his leadership, Mr. Perez has consistently demonstrated a commitment to public safety, youth advocacy, employee well-being, and executive protection, blending hands-on training, executive management, and dedicated service

Aaron Perez attended Cal State Fullerton, focusing on business, and has dedicated over 20 years to ABET Security Services. Starting as a security officer, he worked his way up to operations manager. In collaboration with LAPD Security Services Division, he oversees ABET’s personnel activities. Aaron’s extensive experience equips him to understand and meet client needs. He excels in implementing the Guard Tour Management System, setting up security parameters, tags, scheduling, and personally works with clients, integrating their security needs into ABET’s technology.

Jonathan Aguilera-Cortez is a dedicated member of ABET Security Services’ Field Operations team, contributing to the coordination and oversight of day-to-day security operations. He works closely with security officers, management, and clients to help ensure consistent, professional, and reliable service across assigned locations.
 
His responsibilities include coordinating personnel schedules, monitoring field operations, addressing staffing and site concerns, assisting with incident response, and maintaining effective communication between field personnel and management. Jonathan is committed to operational efficiency, officer accountability, and ensuring that ABET Security Services consistently meets the needs and expectations of its clients.
